They are looking for a UX Specialist to help understand and validate customer workflow, design an elegant and functional interface, and develop beautiful operational visualization that leads to intuitive understanding of multi-variant data!

About the User Experience Specialist Position:

  • Learning about different industry and customer operational environments
  • Establish and communicate real world workflows in security operations
  • Review and improve existing User Interface design
  • Design reports and dashboards applying visual design concepts for simplification
  • Apply best practices of the industry but not be constrained by them
  • Develop wireframes of concepts and work with customers and engineers to finalize and implement concepts

Required Skills/Experience for the User Experience Specialist:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a User Experience Designer
  • Experience developing software application experiences for IT functionality
  • Experience with AngularJS
  • History of interacting with extremely technical customers
  • Data visualization experience
  • Ability to create wireframes and visual designs
  • Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD (UserCentered Design) methodologies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of common software development practices
  • Understanding of common software project management practices
  • Excellent customer interaction experience


  • Strong understanding of the networking industry
  • Strong understanding of cyber-security operations
  • Self-starter with leadership experience
